Relations patients - Activity
In practice there are four "patient relations" departments across the four CHIREC hospital sites
- Basilique Clinic
- Edith Cavell Clinic
- Parc Leopold Clinic
- Braine-l'Alleud - Waterloo Hospital
Each of our sites has a reference person who aims to assist patients who come forward with complaints or who wish to obtain more information.
Our role involves listening to patients, referring them onward and advising them if they are engaged in litigation involving the hospital and/or its staff.
Within our own limitations, we are also able to try to resolve problems that patients may encounter.
It is also our job to inform patients about all aspects (legal, practical, etc.) that affect the running of the hospital.
