The primary mission of the Nursing Department is to offer personalised, high-quality services building on the professionalism of every one of its members. To carry out this mission, it works with highly qualified and specialised personnel.
The Nursing Department has a management strategy that is intended to optimise the working environment for its teams.
It seeks to create an organisation that can promote professional development and lead to greater satisfaction among team members. Special attention is devoted to welcoming and integrating new personnel through a mentoring system.
The Nursing Department supports participation and collaboration by team members in decision-making, not only in relation to their professional work but also in areas adjoining their own practice.
It invests a lot in human resources and equipment to ensure continuing training. Emphasis is placed on building expertise among our nurses and their experience is shared through link groups.
This environment allows us to pay greater attention to the quality of the care and services we provide, to manage our knowledge and skills and keep them up to date.
The Nursing Department also manages the admissions service, hospital admission planning, social services, outpatient secretarial services and a number of paramedical services.
