Care Provided
The unit includes two wards with 22 beds each, offering single or double rooms, all equipped with a private bathroom with shower.
Each patient follows a rehabilitation program of 2 hours per day, divided into two sessions:
- 1 hour in the morning
- 1 hour in the afternoon
These sessions include occupational therapy and physiotherapy.
Our mission is to help each patient regain autonomy and optimal function, taking into account their condition, abilities, and pace of recovery.
Admission is arranged following a request from the referring physician (surgeon, neurologist, etc.) and an assessment consultation with a Physical and Rehabilitation Medicine (PRM) physician.
The transfer decision is made by the PRM physician based on:
- The patient’s cognitive ability to actively participate in the rehabilitation program,
- A stable general condition allowing participation in therapy sessions.
Each patient follows a personalized rehabilitation program aimed at:
- Restoring independence in daily activities,
- Improving motor and cognitive functions,
- Facilitating return home or transfer to an appropriate care facility.
The program includes 2 hours of rehabilitation per day, combining occupational therapy and physiotherapy.
The duration of the stay depends on:
- The predefined objectives,
- The patient’s pace of recovery.
It is determined by the PRM physician in consultation with the multidisciplinary team.
Weekly evaluations allow adjustments to the program:
- Tuesday for Ward 4B,
- Wednesday for Ward 4A.
Visits are allowed :
- Monday to Friday: 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM
- Weekends and public holidays: 2:00 PM – 8:00 PM
