Assessments are conducted on an outpatient basis or in a day clinic, depending on the specific situation of each child or adolescent.
The multidisciplinary team works closely with the primary care physician or pediatrician, as well as with ENT specialists, ophthalmologists, dermatologists, and gastroenterologists.

- Skin tests: Prick tests for aeroallergens, food allergens, and native allergens
- Native food skin tests
- Patch tests
- Comprehensive respiratory function tests: Spirometry, plethysmography, resistance measurements, exhaled NO, DLCO, etc.
- Oral food challenge tests
- Oral immunotherapy for airborne allergens (desensitization) such as dust mites, pollen, grasses, etc.
- Tolerance induction for food allergies
