Le service de néphrologie du CHIREC est aujourd’hui l’un service les plus dynamiques et les plus complets de la région bruxelloise et du Brabant wallon. Réparti sur les sites Delta, SteAnne StRemi et Brainel’Alleud, il offre une prise en charge globale, moderne et personnalisée de toutes les pathologies rénales, de leur dépistage précoce jusqu’aux traitements les plus spécialisés.

Notre mission est simple : offrir à chaque patient une médecine de haute qualité, humaine, accessible et innovante, dans un environnement où la collaboration interdisciplinaire et la rigueur scientifique sont au cœur de notre pratique.

Each patient receives structured care journey, including multidisciplinary discussions, nutritional monitoring, a pre-dialysis consultation if necessary, educational support and psychosocial support.

Pre-dialysis consultations are scheduled several times a month and take place in the dialysis unit at each site (rather than in a traditional surgery) with a dialysis nurse.
You can request to meet with a social worker and/or dietician during this consultation.
The different types of dialysis will be explained to the patient. We recommend that you bring a family member or friend with you.
