If you call the CHIREC - Ste-Anne St-Remi Hospital over the next few days, you will first be greeted by a voice assistant who will help you quickly find the department or specialist you wish to speak to. This new step is designed to reduce waiting times and refer you more efficiently.
In practical terms, all you need to do is naturally state the department, the doctor or the reason for your call, after which you will be put through to the most appropriate person or department. If your enquiry requires special assistance, you will of course still have the option of being put through directly to a member of staff.
The new system will be introduced during September. We will continue to listen carefully to your feedback in order to further improve your experience when contacting our services.
